Its a simple change but it can be just enough to set them apart, especially if it is something that will catch the light well. Have a unique bouquet If you know you want to keep all the dresses and accessories the same but want to make it clear who the MOH is, you could ask your florist to make a bouquet thats slightly different from the rest. It could be a bit bigger, have an extra flower that features in your bouquet but not the other bridesmaids, or it could have an additional colour that sets it apart
